Siamat, Lord of the South Wind, is a highly ranked djin in the armies of Al'Akir. He is the elemental directly responsible for turning the Neferset clan of the Tol'vir into the stone creatures they originally were. You can find him on an elevated platform accessible through a a whirlwind after High Prophet Barim is dead.
