As stated by Bepples on the bugtracker here, the Kor'thik Bloodletters spawn nearby and you can use the macro and look where they are on the minimap.
After killing 12 Kor'thik Bloodletters the Elite Hulking Kor'thik Fleshrender will spawn and run towards Lao-Chin the Iron Belly, the quest giver.
