Speak to Anji Autumnlight at the Ruins of Guo-Lai in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms.

Description

According to Zhi the Harmonious, the mogu are moving into the Vale from the Ruins of Guo-Lai to the west.

I sent Anji and Kun to investigate the situation, but they have not yet returned.
