Bilgewater Cartel is a group of goblins that swore allegiance to the Horde in Cataclysm. They are led by the cowardly Trade Prince Gallywix, but he is mysteriously absent in Cataclysm. The go-to leader is Boss Mida, in the Goblin Slums.

History

The Bilgewater Cartel was one of the most powerful trade cartels in Azeroth. However, during the Shattering, Gallywix was in danger of losing his position as Trade Prince and attempted to betray and exploit his citizens to ensure his own survival.

Upon being defeated by Thrall in the goblin starting-zone, Gallywix is granted pardon on the condition that the Bilgewater Cartel joins the Horde and promis to reform their unethical practices. They are now part of the Horde, but one wonders how sincere the partnership is.

Reputation

Frizzo Villamar, in the center of Orgrimmar, sells Bilgewater Cartel Tabard which grants reputation in all dungeons.

Large amounts of Bilgewater Cartel reputation can be gained in the following zones: Azshara, Felwood, Kezan, Tanaris, The Cape of Stranglethorn, The Lost Isles, Thousand Needles, Twilight Highlands. There is also Bilgewater Writ of Commendation from the Molten Front.

Non-Goblin Horde players can purchase two trikes from Kall Worthaton in the Goblin Slums--with Exalted reputation.
