Argent Crusade is an organization created from the union of the Argent Dawn and the Knights of the Silver Hand. The initial Crusade was formed shortly after the Battle for Light's Hope Chapel, as played out during the death knight quest 
The Light of Dawn, in which Highlord Tirion Fordring - leader of the reformed Silver Hand - reclaimed (and evidently purified) the 
Ashbringer during a confrontation with the Lich King. Tirion Fordring handpicked every member in the Argent Crusade to avoid Cult of the Damned infiltration and Lich King spies.

Reputation
- Quests: Reputation can be gained in the Wrath questing hubs mentioned above, but also while questing in the Plaguelands and at the Argent Tournament.
- Mobs: You can grind Crypt Slayer in Eastern Plaguelands until Exalted, if you can't quest in Northrend.
- Tabard: Once you have achieved Friendly status with the Argent Crusade, you can purchase the
Tabard of the Argent Crusade. Wearing this in Wrath heroics (as well as normal level 70 instances: Utgarde Pinnacle, The Culling of Stratholme, The Oculus, Halls of Lightning), will award reputation with Argent Crusade. - Commendation tokens:
Argent Crusade Commendation Badge can be purchased from Legacy Justice Quartermasters in Northrend for 16.

The Argent Crusade is a reputation that is tied to many achievements:
The Argent Crusade: Earn exalted status with the Argent Crusade.
The Argent Champion: Earn exalted status with the Argent Dawn and the Argent Crusade. Title Reward: <Name> the Argent Champion.
Northrend Vanguard: Gain exalted reputation with the Argent Crusade, Wyrmrest Accord, Kirin Tor and Knights of the Ebon Blade.
Exalted Argent Champion of the Alliance/
Exalted Argent Champion of the Horde: Earn exalted status with and the right to represent every Alliance/Horde race's faction in the Argent Tournament. Title Reward: Crusader <Name>.
