The Day of the Dead is a small festival honoring the memory of passed companions. Gravesites are decorated with flowers and offerings welcoming their spirits during this short holiday. This holiday is a nearly identical in-game version of the Mexican Day of the Dead.On this holiday, players can dance with Catrina to become transformed into a skeleton, earning them the holiday's only achievement,
Dead Man's Party. Players will also be tasked with bringing a serving of 
Bread of the Dead to the grave of a returned ghostly spirit, whom can be brought into this world with a gift of 
Orange Marigold. In 2013, Macabre Marionette is now a permanent battle pet, instead of lasting for the duration of the holiday.
In 2014, you can purchase Contender Costumes and battle other players for a special achievement!
